Washing your car doesn't have to be confusing. Below is some of our most commonly asked questions.

​Something broke while washing my car, what should I do next?

Pull around to the alleyway and inform an attendant of the damage and request an incident report form to document the incident and pass along your information to management. If necessary, the attendant will retrieve any parts damaged/missing from the tunnel and return back to owner.

Do you offer gift cards?

Standard gift cards are currently unavailable, but we do offer wash books that come pre-loaded with six washes. Similar to gift cards, wash books follow our regular wash prices but have the added bonus of one wash being free. Wash book prices can be found under the "products and services" tab.

I need to cancel my unlimited membership, how do I do that?

Call us from our landline at (616) 225-0014, stop in in-person and talk to an attendant, or message us on our Facebook page!

Are your vacuums free?

Yes, ask one of our attendants for a vacuum token anytime!

Do you offer detailing?

Unfortunately at this time no detailing is available onsite. However, for those wishing to spruce up the inside of their car, we do offer a $5 interior pack complete with a microfiber cloth, two cleaning sponges and a window cleaning cloth.

When is the mat cleaner available?

Due to the nature of our mat cleaner, this machine can only be operated when temperatures remain above freezing. 

How do I transfer my membership to another vehicle?

Pesky sticker? Ask an attendant for assistance with removing, razor blade and Goo Gone are available upon request!
